The Architectural Review Committee is resuming in-person meetings.

All exterior maintenance or changes to properties - either routine or extensive, require a Certificate of Appropriateness from the City's Office of Historic Preservation before work can begin or city permits can be issued. Once you have a rough sketch of your plans, the Monte Vista Architectural Review Committee would like to review the plans before you apply to the City. This is not a requirement, however, it is suggested by MVHA and the City.

The MVHA ARC meets twice monthly the second and fourth Monday at 5:30 p.m. Walk-Ins are welcome. Please call Paul Kinnison, chair of the ARC to discuss the process at 210-852-9831.
