Arnold Flather is a former MVHA Board member with 20 years of building, renovating and remodeling homes in San Antonio (50 years total experience). He will address questions about dealing with water damage and other consequences to historic homes related to the recent winter freeze.

We all know Monte Vista is a unique and cherished neighborhood by many. As party of our virtual I love Monte Vista party this year on March 18, we want to hear what makes Monte Vista special to you. There are two ways you can participate. All submissions need to be emailed to lydia@sevenimpressions.com.

Share your love

We are looking for videos on what you or your family love about living in Monte Vista. The videos should be 30 seconds or less and shot horizontally on any type of device. They will be compiled into a video that will be shown at the virtual party.

Share your stories

If only a house could talk right? Our houses have years and years of stories and we want to hear from the from you. Does your house have a secret speakeasy in the basement? Did your house hold any balls or big parties back in the day? Does your house have any unique architectural features?

Stories can be written out and submitted by email or shared during our virtual party on March 18 but please let us know what you intend to share.
